Dr. Stephanie Strianse

Stephanie Strianse is a skilled psychology professional with over a decade of experience in behavioral health, workforce development, and organizational leadership. Her work centers on addressing the needs of individuals and families impacted by mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and systemic inequities.

She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SRS Advisory Group, a consulting firm that supports small businesses and nonprofit organizations in strengthening their foundational infrastructure and programmatic leadership capacity. Through SRS Advisory Group, Dr. Strianse provides strategic guidance in organizational development, compliance, and program design. She is an accomplished grant writer with a documented success rate of 90% across public and private funding opportunities.

In addition, Dr. Strianse serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Jordan Peer Recovery and Peerfinity LLC, where she oversees the quality and fidelity of the nationally approved Jordan Peer Recovery training method and Peerfinity virtual coaching services. She conducts workshops and train-the-trainer courses nationwide and consults with behavioral health organizations on crisis intervention, project management, harm reduction, trauma-responsive care, supervision, and professional development.

Dr. Strianse is also a Subject Matter Expert for the Center for Credentialing and Education and contributes to the development of the Human Services Board Certified Practitioner national examination. In 2019, she provided expert testimony to the U.S. Government Accountability Office on best practices in peer recovery services. Her extensive field experience includes serving as Director of Program Operations for the largest Permanent Supportive Housing case management agency in Washington, D.C., where she oversaw community-based services for more than 600 unhoused individuals and families.

Stephanie Strianse holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The George Washington University, a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Marymount University, and a PhD in Forensic Psychology from Walden University. Her credentials include certification from NAADAC and IC and RC as a Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist, Registered Peer Supervisor under MABPCB, Licensed Psychology Associate in Washington, D.C., and Human Services Board Certified Practitioner.
