Apprenticeship
Jordan Peer Recovery’s Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs) are formalized, earn-while-you-learn workforce development pathways that combine structured classroom instruction with hands-on, on-the-job training. Registered with the U.S. Department of Labor, these programs are designed to open doors for individuals who face barriers to education and employment — including minority and underrepresented communities. Each program runs for one year of full-time employment, pairing 2,000 hours of on-the-job training with targeted technical instruction to ensure apprentices build the real-world skills employers need. Graduates walk away with nationally recognized credentials and a clear career pathway in the healthcare and human services workforce.
